Dan Hoeyer

Dan Hoeyer, founder of Business Educators, is a
successful business developer and entrepreneur as well as a noted figure in the
executive education realm. As CEO of Business Educators, Dan
focuses on expanding relationships with corporate, government, and educational
institutions
globally as well as traveling around the
world strengthening Business Educators’ international presence. Dan is also
co-founder and Member of the Board of AVT Business School,
a privately owned American executive MBA business school located in Copenhagen,
Denmark and one of the largest CBA/MBA institutions in that nation. With regard
to his educational background, Dan most recently became
a Kellogg Executive Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
(USA) and a proud member of the greater Kellogg
alumni community.

Madelyn Sierra

Madelyn
Sierra is responsible for managing an array of institutional clients
from various industries. Organizational change and leadership development
consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping executives envision
and enact their goals. Madelyn’s experience includes having launched and
managed Harvard Business Publishing’s virtual leadership development program
for global corporate clients that included such topics as strategy, leadership,
innovation, and customer-centricity. In addition, she is an executive
coach with the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program as well as
corporate clients. Madelyn earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School
and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a
certificate in organizational development from Columbia University’s Teachers
College.

Zakia Filippa Hoeyer
Project Executive

Zakia Hoeyer supervises all matters in regards to the website and online activities. These assignments
include leading a team of programmers and managing the profiles online of all educators.
She has many years of experience working in marketing and project management.
Most recently, Zakia served as a Project Manager for a recognized advertising agency
in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she worked with such notable clients as Proctor &
Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser. Previously, she worked as a Scandinavian Marketing
Manager in a business unit within the SAS Cargo Group of Companies, where she was
in charge of developing a Scandinavian marketing profile. Zakia has a Graduate
Diploma in Marketing and Business Administration (HD) from the Southern University
of Denmark. She is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Laura Morgan Roberts

Laura Morgan Roberts serve as a Senior External Advisor. Dr. Roberts is
an educator, researcher and organizational consultant. As a professor of organizational
behavior, Dr. Roberts has served on the faculties of the Harvard Business School,
University of Michigan, Wharton School, Simmons School of Management, and Georgia
State University. She is an architect of personal and professional alignment,
who helps people to unlock the pathways for constructing, sustaining and restoring
positive identities at work. A native of Gary, Indiana, Laura Morgan Roberts
earned her BA in Psychology with highest distinction, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa
from the University of Virginia. Dr. Roberts then received her MA and Ph.
D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Paul
Tiffany serve
as a Senior External Advisor. Dr. Tiffany
is a Senior Lecturer at the Haas School of the University of
California, Berkeley. He teaches courses in competitive
strategy, business and public policy, international management, and
business and economic history. In
addition to his academic work, he provides multi-specialty consulting
and management training and development services to firms throughout
the world. Dr.
Tiffany has commented extensively on television, radio, and in the
popular press on topics related to business firms and the global
economy, in media in both the USA and around the world.
